You can report a partner by clicking top right dropdown button while on partner's profile screen. You will find an option to "Report the person". You can also email us at info@housyforyou.com to register a complaint with your professional. We will ensure that your issue is redressed and that you are assigned a new professional, if needed.

We don't charge any money or commissions to either customer nor our partners. We do not guarantee the refund, however you should only pay the professional after the work is completed & end OTP is shared with the Housy Partner.

No, our platform is completely free to use for now. The price quotes are given by the professional that would fit within your budget that you have entered while posting your service requirements. The amount that is quoted, is only what you are required to pay in cash to the Housy Partner after service completion.
